Construction Quality Control

• Construction waste management planning reduces waste generated through construction activities, encourages the use of local receiving facilities and increases recycling to meet our goal to recycle 75% of waste generated on every project
• Indoor air quality management planning maintains a high level of indoor air quality, keeps the site cleaner, protects workers at the jobsite and results in a healthier suite for the homeowner
• Dedicated sustainability coordinator working to manage sustainability initiatives for every project throughout design and construction
